We are located in Hanvatkhed, which is part of the Sindhkhed Raja area in Buldhana. Our office is actually just at Haribhau Bhikaji Jaybhaye’s house. This area has a lot of history, but for us, it is just home and where we work every day. Being a farmer producer company means we are constantly dealing with the realities of the rural life here. We named the company after Jagdishwar Maharaj, and we try to keep things honest and straightforward. You won't find any fancy brochures or marketing people here. It is just us, Haribhau and the other members, sitting around and figuring out the best way to handle the season’s harvest. Buldhana can be a tough place to farm, but we’ve been doing it for generations. We just wanted a way to work together instead of everyone doing their own thing. Sometimes we are up late finishing paperwork by candlelight or dealing with a broken-down tractor. It is not a glamorous life, but it is what we know. We talk in plain English and local terms about what needs to happen next. No big promises about changing the world, just trying to make sure the farmers in Hanvatkhed get a decent deal for their crops.
