Jagdish Novelties

Jagdish Novelties is found at Plot No 540 in Sector 27 of Nigdi. We are on the 80 Feet Road near Sambhaji Chowk and Subbayyana Palya. This area has grown a lot over the years. The road is wide but it still gets crowded with cars and scooters. Our shop has a lot of items crammed into it. We carry everything from kitchen plastic ware to school supplies and small gift items. The shelves are mostly metal and they’re full. We try to organize things by category but sometimes a toy ends up next to the glassware. It’s just how it goes when you have so much stock in a limited space. We open up early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. A lot of our regulars are families who live in the sectors nearby. They come in for things they forgot to buy at the big market. We know which neighbors like which brands. The shop doesn't have any fancy music playing or bright neon signs. It’s just a normal store where you can get what you need. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to use a handheld light to show people where the items are. It’s part of the daily routine here in Nigdi. We’ve been at this location long enough to see the trees on the 80 Feet Road grow tall. It’s a decent place to work.
