J S Wad Co

Our office is located at number 202 in Model Colony. It’s a decent area, quite green compared to the rest of the city. We’ve been here at J S Wad Co for some time, and most of the people who work here know the neighbors by name now. The building is a bit older, so the elevator is a little slow sometimes. We usually just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. Inside, it’s just a basic setup with some chairs, a couple of computers, and a lot of paper. We don't have a big reception area or anyone waiting at the door. If someone comes by, one of us just looks up and says hello. It’s a pretty casual place to spend the day. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desk gets a bit messy when we are busy. The windows look out over the street, so we can see the weather changing or the traffic building up around lunch. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. Just a quiet room where we handle our business. We’ve got a small kettle for tea and some snacks in the drawer. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We like being in Model Colony because it’s central and people don't get lost trying to find us at 202. It's just a simple, practical workspace for our team, and we are happy with how things are going.
