Down here in Bhosari, things stay pretty loud most of the day with all the activity. Our place, J P Industries, is tucked away at Off No 7-1 in Shanti Nagar. If you know the Landewadi area, you know it is mostly workshops and small factories like ours. We have been operating out of this unit for a good bit of time now. The floors are concrete and usually have some dust or metal bits on them, which is just expected for this kind of work. We do not have a big reception area or any fancy chairs. If you come by, you will probably find someone in work clothes handling the machinery. We deal with various industrial tasks and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The neighborhood in Landewadi is full of people who just want to get their orders finished. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow lanes around Shanti Nagar, but we manage to get everything loaded up. It is honest work and we do not try to make it sound like something it isn't. It gets hot inside during the summer months, so we keep the big doors open for a breeze. We have a small corner for tea breaks where the guys sit for ten minutes before getting back to the machines. It is just a regular industrial setup where we focus on the jobs we have on the table. We keep the tools organized as much as possible.
