J K Marketing is located in Shop No 22 on the 1st floor of Mantri Heights, which is at Survey No 495/496. We are on Bajirao Road in the Shaniwar Peth area, right opposite the Basera Hotel. If you know this part of Pune, you know how busy Bajirao Road gets with traffic and shoppers at almost every hour. Our office is a simple place, not really meant for showing off. We have our desks, some files, and a few chairs for when people stop by. The 1st floor location is okay, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working right that day. Shaniwar Peth is an old and busy part of the city, and being here feels very connected to the local life. We don’t use any fancy marketing talk or have big corporate goals that sound polished. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning and do our best to stay on top of things. The Basera Hotel across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find us in the crowd. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the vehicles outside, but that’s just life on Bajirao Road. Our workspace is practical and a little bit crowded, which is just how we like it. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local business in Mantri Heights. We just handle the day's tasks, answer the phones, and keep the business running without any unnecessary fuss.
