Starting at Plot No. 40 in Sector 10E, Kalamboli, we have been working out of Prakash Residency for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of all the traffic coming through this part of town. The shop itself isn't much to look at, just a place where we keep the tools and the heavy AC units we’re fixing. We spend a lot of time on the road, going from one building to another. Usually, the phone starts ringing early in the morning with people complaining about the heat. We grab our bags and head out. Sometimes the repairs are easy, like a dirty filter, but other times we are stuck wrestling with a compressor for hours. The guys here have been doing this long enough that they can tell what’s wrong just by the sound the machine makes. It gets pretty sweaty in the workshop during the summer months, but we have a small fan that keeps the air moving. We don't have a big front desk or anyone in a suit answering calls. It is just us in our work clothes, trying to get through the list of jobs for the day. If you walk past Plot 40, you might see us loading up the van or just sitting out front taking a quick break with some water. We know the neighbors around Sector 10E well enough by now. It is just a regular local business doing what we know how to do.
