It Recruitment

Our recruitment office is located in the Panchvati area of Pune, right on Pashan Road. We are in the Sopan B building, specifically in unit A2/1. It’s a decent spot and the Pashan Road area has a lot of greenery compared to the city center. We focus on IT recruitment, which means we spend almost all our time talking to tech people and looking at their resumes. The office is small and simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of phone lines. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at the same time. We’ve been here for a while now. The commute isn't too bad if you avoid the peak hours. We usually just have some tea or coffee while we go through the lists of candidates. It’s not a fancy glass office. It’s just a regular room in Sopan B where we do our work. We don't have any big marketing slogans on the walls. We just have a whiteboard with some names and numbers on it. Sometimes it feels like we are surrounded by paper. We just try to find the right people for the jobs that are open. It’s a lot of matching things up and hoping the interviews go well. We just keep at it day after day. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We've been at this Pashan location for quite some time now.
