It Helpdesk Department

We are located in Pune, specifically at Yash Sankul in the A-8 Wing. Our office is on the second floor in Flat Number 5. It’s a bit of a quiet place, which is actually good for the kind of work we do. We handle IT helpdesk tasks, so there is always someone with a broken computer or a password they forgot. It’s a lot of technical stuff that might seem boring to some, but it keeps us busy. We aren't a big department with hundreds of staff. It’s just a small group of us sitting at our desks with a lot of screens around. We spend our time fixing bugs, setting up software, and trying to explain things to people who aren't very tech-savvy. The neighborhood in 411 027 is okay, and we have everything we need nearby. We don’t really do any self-promotion or marketing. Most of our work comes from within the company or people who already know we are here. The flat is basically filled with cables, monitors, and spare parts. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Some days are just constant phone calls and remote sessions, while other days we spend mostly just updating systems. It’s honest, technical work here at the It Helpdesk Department. We just show up every morning, drink our tea, and start working through the ticket list. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve all gotten used to over time.
