Kashinath has been kind enough to let us use this spot as our base. Most of the time, we are out in the fields, so the office is not always full of people. Buldhana gets quite dusty and hot, especially when the season changes, but that is just part of life here. We do not have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just grow what we can and try to get it out to the market without too many headaches. It is a simple setup here in Maharashtra. We talk about the rain a lot because it is what matters most to us. Sometimes the crops are good and sometimes they are not, but being part of this company helps us share the burden. We are not looking to become some huge corporation.
