If you go to the Market Yard, you will find us at Shop No 61 A. The company is called Ishwarprasad Rathi Agro Products Privatelimited. Market Yard is probably one of the busiest places you can be if you are in the agro business. It is always full of trucks, crates, and people shouting. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We deal with various agro products, and a lot of our day is spent loading and unloading things or checking the quality of what comes in. It is a very hands-on job. There is no air conditioning or fancy carpets in our shop. It is just a concrete floor, some sturdy shelves, and a desk where we handle the cash and receipts. The smell of grain and vegetables is always in the air. We start early in the morning when the sun is barely up because that’s when the market is most active. By the afternoon, we are usually exhausted, but there is always more to do. It’s a bit of a rough-and-tumble environment, but we like it that way.
