Ishani Mech-Process Pvt. Ltd. is based out of unit 3 in the Pagaria Nelge Plaza. You can find us right on the Pune Nasik Road in Bhosari. If you know Bhosari, you know how industrial it feels. It is all about manufacturing and processing around here. Our spot in the plaza is pretty easy to get to, although the traffic on the Pune Nasik highway is almost always a mess. We spend our days dealing with mechanical processes and various industrial orders. The office part is small, and most of the space is taken up by the gear we need for the work. It is a lot of technical stuff, checking specifications and making sure the metal parts are coming out correctly. We have a few windows that look out toward the road, but the view is mostly just trucks and buses passing by. It is a noisy place to be, but that is the vibe of Bhosari. We usually start quite early to beat some of the heat and the traffic. There is no corporate ladder here or anything like that, just a group of us who know how to handle the machines and the orders. We have been at this address for a while and have gotten to know the other business owners in the plaza. We share a laugh near the parking area sometimes during the tea break. It is just steady, daily work.
