Iprocess - Icici Bank

You can find our office at B23 in the Narsinh Residency. We’re located in New Sangvi, which is over in Pune - 27. The place is called Iprocess and we handle things related to Icici Bank. It’s a busy little spot, mostly because there is always some paperwork or some processing that needs to be finished. We have a small group of people working here in the residency. It feels more like a home than a big bank building, which we actually prefer. We get our work done without too much fuss. Sometimes the neighbors see us coming and going with our bags and folders. New Sangvi is a nice enough area to work in, and being at B23 gives us enough space to keep everything organized. We aren't really into big corporate displays. We just have our desks, our computers, and our files. People come by when they have specific things to sort out with their bank-related documents. We try to be helpful and just explain things in plain English. It’s a lot of data entry and checking numbers, so it requires a bit of focus. We like the quiet times in the afternoon when we can really power through the stack of papers on our desks. It’s just honest work in a regular Pune neighborhood, and that suits us fine. We stay busy and keep things moving.
