Iplaceusa

Our office, Iplaceusa, is located at Dhanraj, unit A4, over on Apte Road. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a while now. It’s a decent area, 411004 is the pin code if you’re looking us up on a map. We do a lot of back-office work and recruiting, mostly focusing on the US market, hence the name. The building is older, but it serves us well enough. Most of the staff here live around the city and commute in every morning. It gets pretty loud during the day because Apte Road is always moving. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and computers. Nothing too fancy, just the basics to get the job done. We don't spend much on decorations or expensive furniture. We would rather just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup to keep things moving. We grab lunch at the local stalls nearby most days. It’s a small operation compared to the big IT parks, but we like it that way. We know each other's names and what’s going on with everyone’s families. It feels more like a small community than a corporate office. We handle a lot of paperwork and digital files throughout the day. If you drop by, you'll probably see a few of us on headsets talking to people overseas. It's just a regular day-to-day business trying to do right by our clients and keep things steady here in Pune.
