Iplaceusa

Our office is over at 48/21 in the Exservicemen Colony, right near More Vidyalay in Pune 38. It’s a fairly quiet residential neighborhood compared to the main city center, which makes it a decent place to work. We’ve been here at Iplaceusa for a while, just focusing on our day-to-day tasks. The school nearby means it gets a bit loud when the kids are let out, but otherwise, it’s just the sound of keyboards and people talking on the phone. We don't have a big sign or anything too flashy outside. It feels more like a house that turned into an office over time. We have desks squeezed into rooms and a small space for breaks. People usually walk to the local shops if they need a snack. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just do our work and try to stay organized. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s life in Pune. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know each other's habits. We deal with a lot of data and communication, mostly stuff that keeps us glued to the screens for eight hours a day. It’s a straightforward environment without any corporate jargon or complicated rules. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home to our families. It’s a simple way of doing business.
