Interpack Machines Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Kothrud, right behind the old City Pride theater at Siddhartha Towers. Being in Siddhartha Towers on the sixth floor means we see a lot of what goes on in this part of Pune. It is a busy spot, especially in the evenings when people are out for movies or dinner. Our office is number 613, and it is usually filled with papers, machine drawings, and the sound of telephones. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about their packaging needs and trying to figure out the best way to move things along. It is not always easy, machines can be temperamental and the logistics sometimes give us a headache. But we have been at it for a long time. The team is small and we all know each other well. We usually grab lunch from the local places around Kothrud. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is nearing a deadline. You can hear the city noise from our windows, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we try to stay organized and get the machines ready for wherever they need to go. We've seen Kothrud grow so much since we first set up here. It feels like home now and we just keep our heads down and work.
