International Sahaja Public School, Dharamshala

Even though the school's name mentions Dharamshala, we are currently handling things from Indore at Flat No 105 in the Cistus A building. It’s an interesting setup being in Madhya Pradesh while being connected to a school like International Sahaja Public School. Running a school involves a mountain of administrative work that people don't always see. We spend a lot of our time dealing with admissions, student records, and all the day-to-day logistics that keep a school running. The office here in Indore is where a lot of that coordination happens. It’s a regular residential-style building, so it’s not some big institutional headquarters. We have files stacked up and phones ringing more often than not. It can be a bit overwhelming during the start of a new term, but we manage. We aren't trying to sell anyone on a dream; we are just here to make sure the kids have what they need and the teachers can do their jobs. The Madhya Pradesh heat is something we have to deal with, but the office is a decent enough place to work. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at what needs to be fixed or filed and we get to it. It’s basic school administration work, and it keeps us plenty busy throughout the year. We just focus on the task at hand.
