International Human Resource Co Ordinators

We’re located over at Garden View, which is right behind the Vitthalwadi Jakat in Pune. It’s a decent area, though it can get pretty congested with traffic near the toll naka. International Human Resource Co Ordinators is a small outfit where we help people find jobs and help companies find staff. The office is basically just a few rooms where we conduct interviews and keep all our files. We have some old filing cabinets that are overflowing with resumes and folders. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we have our own system that works. Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to candidates or meeting with people who are looking for work. We’ve got a couple of computers that are a bit slow, but they get the job done. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running at full speed. It’s a simple setup without any fancy furniture or decorations. We’ve been in Pune for a good while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There’s a tea stall nearby where we usually go for breaks, and that’s often where we end up talking about work too. We aren't a huge agency with hundreds of employees; it’s just a handful of us trying to help people out. We don’t make things sound more complicated than they are. We just take it one day at a time and try to be helpful.
