Our office is located in the Nrusingh Highschool Society area in Pune. Being near a school means there is always a bit of noise in the mornings and afternoons when the kids are around, but we don't mind it. International Design & Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Pune is where we do all our technical work. It’s a fairly standard space, nothing too flashy. We have our desks set up and we just get on with the engineering and design tasks that come in. Pune is a good place for this kind of work because there are a lot of people who understand the technical side of things. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big shiny office. We just need a place that’s functional and close to home. The team here is pretty small. We all know each other well and we don't bother with a lot of formal meetings. If someone has a question, they just talk across the room. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere in that sense. We focus on getting the designs right and making sure the engineering is solid. That’s really all there is to it. We show up, do the work, and then head home. It’s a decent way to earn a living in a nice part of the city. We don't have fancy brochures or anything, just some computers and a bunch of people who know how to use them. Sometimes we order food in and just keep working through the afternoon until the light starts to fade.
