We’ve been working out of this spot in Patil Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy area in Balewadi, especially with all the new buildings coming up around 7 Avenue. Most days, we are just sorting through drawings or talking to vendors about materials. Ashwiinii started this because she enjoyed seeing how spaces change when you actually put some thought into the layout. We don’t have a big fancy showroom, just our office at E/101 where we keep all our samples and project files. It gets a bit crowded sometimes when we have a lot of site visits to coordinate. Being in Pune means we deal with a lot of different kinds of homes, from small apartments to bigger places. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the work done right. Sometimes the timelines get tight, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We spend a lot of time on the road visiting sites and making sure the workers know what they are supposed to be doing. It’s not always glamorous work, there is a lot of dust and noise, but it’s satisfying when a project finally wraps up. We’ve stayed in Balewadi because it’s a good central spot for us to reach our clients. The office is tucked away in 7 Avenue, and it’s where all the planning happens before we head out. We just take it one project at a time here. Usually, there's a lot of tea involved while we stare at floor plans.
