Integration Infotech India is located in Pune, which is where we do all our daily work. It is a city that never seems to slow down, especially with all the IT companies around. Our office is just a regular workspace where we spend most of our time staring at code or trying to fix some technical issue that popped up overnight. We don't have any of those fancy bean bags or game rooms you see in the big tech magazines. It's just desks, chairs, and a lot of coffee mugs scattered around. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always something that needs to be finished. We have a small group of people here and we’ve all gotten used to each other’s habits. The commute in Pune can be a real headache, so we usually talk about the traffic as soon as we walk through the door. The building we are in is pretty standard for this part of Maharashtra. We don't really do big presentations or anything like that. We just sit down, open our laptops, and get to work. Sometimes we go out for a quick bite at the local stalls nearby when we need a break from the screens. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We’ve been here for a while and it feels like home now. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them done.
