Our place is at Flat No 2 in Sagar Apartment. It is tucked away in Gawade Colony, right in Chinchwadgaon, Pune 33. It’s not a huge office building or anything, just a regular apartment converted into a workspace for the Institute For Micronutrient Technology Pune. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays fairly quiet during the morning hours. We like the layout of the flat. It gives us enough room for our equipment and the paperwork we have to keep track of. There isn't a front desk with a receptionist or anything fancy like that. You just come in and find one of us. Usually, someone is at the back working on something. We do our own cleaning mostly, keeping the shelves dusted and the files in order. The walk from the main gate of Gawade Colony to the apartment is short. Sometimes we grab tea from the small shop nearby when things get slow. It’s a humble setup, to be honest. No shiny glass walls or expensive furniture. Just desks, chairs, and the tools we need for the work. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders as long as the work gets done correctly. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the technical stuff every single day of the week.
