Insta Agri Enterprises (Opc) Private Limited is based in Mayureshwar Apartment over in Pragati Nagar. I run it out of Flat No 2. Being a one-person company means I handle pretty much everything myself. One minute I am talking to a supplier and the next I am trying to figure out why the printer won't work. It’s a small space but it’s enough for what I need right now. I spent a lot of time working for other people before I decided to start this. Now I get to make the calls. Pragati Nagar is a decent area and easy for people to find. I deal with a lot of agricultural supplies and information. It is not a flashy business. Most of my day is spent on the phone or checking emails. I don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy showroom. It's just me in the office making sure orders get filled and people are happy. Sometimes the work piles up and I stay late into the evening. It can be a bit lonely without a big team, but I prefer the quiet. I try to keep things simple and honest. If I don't know an answer, I say so. I just want to keep the business steady and reliable for the long run. There’s always something new to learn about the agro industry. It's just me doing my thing and I'll get there eventually.
