Innovative Crop Science Private Limited is our small company based in Pune. Our office is at S.No 1/3, specifically Flat 1, G-6 in the Akashdeep Laxmi Nagar building in Pimpale Gurav. We are just a small team of people who are really interested in the science behind how crops grow. We don't have a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. We work out of this apartment in Laxmi Nagar, and it suits us just fine. Pune is a fast-paced city, but we try to keep things a bit more grounded here. We spend our time researching and thinking about different ways to improve crop health. It’s not a glamorous job, and we definitely don't have a polished image. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. We don't use any marketing jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We're just regular people who know a bit about plants and science. Sometimes we spend the whole day looking at data and other days we're out talking to people in the fields. It’s a mix of things. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just hoping to contribute something useful to the agricultural community. If you are ever in Pimpale Gurav, our office isn't hard to find. It’s a simple place for a simple team. We just keep our heads down and focus on the science, one day at a time.
