Our daily routine happens at the Nitron Landmark building in Viman Nagar. We are in the "B" Wing, Flat No. 3, on the ground floor area. Being right on Nagar Road makes it easy for people to drop by, though parking can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. This isn't a massive corporate headquarters; it’s a functional branch office for insurance matters. We have a lot of folders and stacks of paper everywhere because there is always something to sign or check. The office has that typical business feel—fluorescent lights and the hum of the air conditioner. We spend most of our time talking to people about their policies and helping them fill out forms that can be a bit confusing. It’s a lot of sitting and explaining things. Viman Nagar is a lively area, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We usually have people coming in and out throughout the day, looking for help with their accounts. Our space is small but we keep it organized enough to find what we need. It’s just a group of us working through the daily tasks of the insurance world, trying to keep up with the paperwork and the phone calls. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the filing, but that's just how it goes here in the branch.
