Infosys Technologies Limited

We are based in Ginger Society in Pune. It’s a bit of a different setup compared to the big IT parks nearby, but we like it this way. Being in a society like Ginger means we are surrounded by people living their lives, which keeps things feeling grounded for us at Infosys Technologies Limited. We’ve been here for a while and have turned our space into a functional workspace. It’s not very fancy. We have our computers, some printers that occasionally jam, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We spend our days working on software and technical tasks that keep the gears turning. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, except for the sound of typing or someone talking on the phone. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually just bring our own lunches or order from the places nearby. It feels very local and honest. We aren't trying to pretend to be a giant headquarters. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a place that feels comfortable. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project, and the security guard at the gate knows us all by name. It’s that kind of place. We value the fact that we can just focus on the work without all the typical corporate distractions that you find in bigger offices. It's just a simple, everyday routine for us, and we are quite content with the way things are.
