Infosys Bpo

So, Infosys Bpo is located here in Pune. We have been operating in this city for a long time. It’s a busy place to be, honestly. There is always something happening on the floor. Most of us spend the day with headsets on or typing away at the keyboards. It’s the kind of job where you really get to know your coworkers because you’re all in the same boat. We have different shifts, so the office never really feels empty. Even at night, there are lights on and people working. Pune is a good city for this kind of thing because there are so many people looking for steady work. We aren't a small mom-and-pop shop, but on our specific floor, it feels like a smaller community. We talk about the weekend or the cricket scores while we wait for the computers to load. It can be a lot of repetitive tasks, but that is just the nature of the BPO world. We try to keep the desk areas somewhat tidy, though there's always a stray coffee cup or two. We just focus on getting the queues cleared. Infosys Bpo is a big name, but for us, it’s just the place we go every morning or night. It’s a lot of process and routine, but we get it done. The commute can be long depending on where in Pune you live, but that is just city life. We just stay focused on the monitors and keep the work moving along. The building is large, but our world is mostly just our workstations.
