This is a family-oriented setup, and we’ve been part of this community for a long time. People around here know the Bhosale name. We started this company to help with the farming needs in our local area. It isn't a big industrial operation. We work out of our own space. Most of the time, we are busy discussing which seeds are doing well this year. The agrotech side of things is also something we are slowly building up. It is a lot of work to keep track of everything, but we enjoy it. We don't use big words or try to act like we are from the city.
