We are located over in Deendayal Nagar, which is part of the Dhankawadi area in Pune. Indolink Consulting Pvt Ltd is just a plain office where we spend our weekdays. It's not a flashy glass building or anything like that, just a regular place in a residential neighborhood. You can hear the sounds of the street outside, sometimes kids playing or bikes zooming past. Inside, we have our desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat about projects. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big reception desk or a person waiting to open the door. You just walk in and see us working. Pune is a city that’s always changing, but this part of Dhankawadi feels a bit more settled and traditional. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the work that needs to get done by the end of the week. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or talk about things that don't involve a computer. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just look at the problems people bring to us and try to find a way to help them out. It’s a small operation, but we’ve been at it long enough to know the routine. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of effort every day.
