We share some space here under the name Indiaideas Com Ltd Billdesk, and Vanita Pavan Payagude is also part of the setup. Katraj is a busy part of Pune, especially with the zoo and the lake nearby. Our office is a bit hidden away, so people sometimes have trouble finding the right door. It’s not a shiny glass building. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and handle the daily grind. We have a lot of paperwork coming in and out because of the nature of the work. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in files, but we manage to stay on top of it somehow. The tea stall around the corner is where we spend our breaks. It’s a good way to clear the head before going back to the screens. The internet can be temperamental when it rains hard, which happens quite a bit during monsoon season. We just wait it out and catch up later. It is a small team here. We don't have a HR department or a cafeteria. We just bring our own tiffins and eat at our desks. It’s a very grounded way of working. We’ve been in Pune for years and this little spot in Katraj suits us just fine. We just keep moving along one day at a time.
