You can find us at 3 Neera Apartments in the Mrutyunjay Society over in Kothrud. Pune is a city that’s grown so much lately, and Kothrud is a big part of that. We are tucked away in a residential society, which makes for a much quieter workday than being on a main road. Indiaco Ventures has been around for a bit, and we mostly deal with venture-related work from this office. It feels more like a home office than a corporate suite, which we actually prefer. There are three of us here most days, surrounded by files and laptops. We spend a lot of time in meetings or on video calls. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Kothrud has some great spots for lunch, so we usually head out for a bit in the afternoon. Being in a society like Mrutyunjay means we know our neighbors. Sometimes the local kids are playing outside while we’re trying to finish a report. It’s a very human way to work. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know where we are. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup for the kind of work we do. We like the trees around the building; they keep the place feeling fresh.
