We’ve been set up here in Pune for quite a while now. Our office is tucked away on the second floor of the B 4 building in Ganesh Garden, which is right there on Sinhgad Road. It is a pretty lively neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside. Most of the time it is just the team of us working out of Flat No 10. It is not one of those big, shiny corporate buildings you see in the city center, but it gets the job done for us. We like being in a residential area because it feels a bit more grounded. Finding the place is usually okay, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout if you aren't used to them. We handle the business for India Mart Intermesh Limited from this spot. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when everyone is settling in and the tea stalls downstairs are crowded. We have enough space for our desks and a bit of storage for paperwork. It is a simple place, honestly. No fancy decorations or big posters on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. Sinhgad Road can get really backed up in the evenings, so we often stay a bit late to miss the rush. It’s just how things go around here. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building and the neighbors over the years. We keep a small kettle for tea and usually have some biscuits around for when someone stops by.
