We are located out in Dhayrigaon, right on Sinhgad Road here in Pune. Being on this side of town means we deal with a lot of the local traffic, especially in the evenings. India Bulls Credit Services Ltd has been operating from this spot for some time. The office is pretty straightforward. We don't have any flashy signs or big lobbies. It is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. The area around here is always growing, so there is always some construction noise in the background. We spend our days looking at figures and helping people with their credit documents. It is steady work. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains hard, which is just part of life in Pune. We usually grab lunch from the small places nearby. There is a specific way the air feels here near the road. It’s a bit dusty but lively. We try to keep the office clean, but with people coming in and out, it’s a constant job. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It’s just a workplace where we handle the day-to-day requirements of the business. You won't find anything corporate or stiff about how we run things here. We just talk to people normally and try to stay on top of the pile of papers on our desks.
