You can find Incat Tata Technologies Ltd over in Chinchwad, Pune. We are in the Raghvendra Complex, specifically Rh88G in Shahunagar. Chinchwad is a real industrial heartland, so there is always a lot of activity around us. You can hear the sounds of the nearby factories and the constant flow of trucks moving goods. Our office in the complex is where we handle a lot of the technical side for the local manufacturing units. It is a bit of a maze in this part of Pune, but once you find Shahunagar, the complex is easy enough to spot. We have a small team here, and we all know each other's routines pretty well. The office itself is practical—lots of desks, some server racks, and a whole lot of cables everywhere. We don't spend much on decorations because we are usually too busy with the actual work. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes we go out to one of the small dhabas nearby for some local food. It is a fast-paced environment because of the industry we are in, but we try to keep a level head. We don't talk much about visions or missions; we just focus on making sure the systems are running and the clients are happy with the technical specs we provide. It’s hard work and the days are often long, but it’s what we know how to do best in this part of town.
