Inamdar Coaching Class

We run Inamdar Coaching Class in Khondhwa 1. It’s a local spot where students from the neighborhood come to study. We started this because we saw a need for extra help with schoolwork. The rooms are basic with just desks and chairs. It gets a bit crowded in the evenings when the school day ends. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just some ceiling fans that work most of the time. The teachers here are mostly people from the community. We don't act like we are better than anyone else. We just sit down with the kids and go over their math or science problems. There is always a lot of paper and pens lying around. Sometimes parents drop by to check on how their kids are doing. We tell them the truth, even if the kid isn't studying hard enough. It’s an honest environment. Khondhwa is a lively place and we are right in the middle of it. You can hear the sounds of the street while we are working, but the students are used to it by now. We don't promise any miracles. We just promise to sit with the students and help them understand their lessons better. It’s a small operation and that’s how we like it. We might not have the newest books, but we make sure the kids actually learn what they need for their tests. It’s just us trying to help out the local families with their education. We keep it simple and focus on the homework.
