In Ibm Global Services Pune

Our office is over in Wanowrie, specifically at 303 Kapil Woodrow Estate, Phase 2. It’s right across from Windsor Avenue. If you know Pune, you know this part of town can get pretty busy with traffic especially in the evenings. In Ibm Global Services Pune is where we spend our forty hours a week, and sometimes a bit more when things get busy. The building is okay, nothing special, but it has everything we need to function. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and people with headsets on talking to clients. It can get quiet when everyone is focused on a task, then suddenly it's loud when people go for their tea breaks. We deal with a lot of global systems, which means we’re often talking to people in completely different time zones. It can be a bit confusing keeping track of what time it is in other countries compared to here in India. We have a small pantry where we make tea and talk about anything except work for a few minutes. The view from the third floor isn't bad; you can see the street life and the cars below. It’s a typical office environment with its own set of regulars and newcomers. We just try to get the work done efficiently so we can head home and deal with the Pune traffic. It’s a steady job in a steady place. We've been here for a while now.
