Impetus Placements

Impetus Placements is located over in Old Sangvi, specifically in the Mahuban Housing Society. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main city center of Pune, which is actually nice for getting work done. We’ve been here at 64/2 for some time now. Our day starts early with a lot of emails to go through. We help people find jobs, mostly in the local area. It’s not always easy because everyone wants something different, but we do what we can with the list of openings we have. The office is small and practical. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, it's just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We spend a lot of time talking to companies about what kind of staff they need. Sometimes it's hard to find the right person, but we keep looking through our folders. We like being in this part of Pune because it feels like a real community. You see the same people walking by every day. We aren't trying to change the world, we’re just helping folks find a way to earn a living. The paperwork can get a bit much sometimes, especially with all the different requirements companies have now. We just take it one step at a time. If someone gets hired, that’s a good day for everyone. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on and keep moving forward. It is just basic, honest work for us.
