Our office is inside the residency, so it feels more like a home than a stiff business environment. We’ve set up our desks and equipment in the flat. It’s a good way to work because it’s quiet and we can really focus on what we are doing. We are a small team of consultants and systems people. We don't have a big corporate office with a lobby or a security desk. You just come to the flat. Most of the time, we are just working through files or talking to people on the phone. Kalyan is a busy place, but once you get inside Alishan Residency, it calms down a bit. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just try to help out the people who come to us with their system problems. It’s been our base for a while now. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our lunch. It’s a very normal, local operation. We don’t try to act bigger than we are. We just do the work from our little spot in Flat 107 and that works for everyone involved.
