Started at Mantri Riviera on Bhau Patil Road a while back. It’s just a standard office setup here in Aundh. We spend a lot of time at our desks dealing with management tasks and consulting for various people who drop by. The building is C 12, and it’s usually quiet enough to get things done, though the road outside can get pretty loud during rush hour. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us making sure the paperwork is sorted and the clients are handled properly. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s good for a bit of exercise I guess. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just files, some old computers, and a few chairs for visitors. We’ve lived and worked in Pune for a long time, so we’re used to the way things move here. Lunch is usually something quick from a nearby shop or whatever we brought from home in a tiffin. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We just run Imor Consulting and Management Company Pvt Ltd as best as we can every day. Most of our work comes from people who just know us in the neighborhood. We keep the doors open and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, really. We just get through the pile on the desk and go home. That is life.
