I-Mantra Placement Agency is located right in the middle of all the noise at 1549, Sadashiv Peth. We are inside the "Indira" Chambers building on Tilak Road in Pune-30. It’s a really busy part of town, which is actually good for a placement agency because people are always moving around and looking for the next thing. We spend our days looking at stacks of resumes and talking to local companies that need extra staff. It’s a small operation, really, just a few of us in the office trying to make things work out. The Tilak Road traffic can be a real headache sometimes, especially in the evenings, but being in Sadashiv Peth means we’re easy for anyone to find. We don't use any of those big recruitment slogans you see on billboards. We just talk to people like normal human beings. If someone needs a job, they come in, we have a chat, and we see what’s currently available in our books. The office in Indira Chambers isn't huge by any means, but it's enough for what we do. We’ve had a lot of different people walk through these doors over the years. Some are just starting their very first job, while others are looking for a total change of pace. It's always interesting to see who comes in next. We keep the paperwork in order and try to stay organized, though it gets a bit hectic. Sadashiv Peth has its own rhythm, and we’re part of it.
