If you head out to Gat No.768/3 in Sanaswadi, you’ll find us working away in the Taluka-Shirur district. It’s quite a distance from the main city noise, but the industrial vibe out here is real. IMA Hasssia Packaging Pvt.Ltd. occupies a pretty big space because those packaging machines take up a lot of room. When you walk into the plant, the first thing you notice is the scale of everything. There’s a lot of steel and wiring everywhere you look. It’s not exactly a quiet office environment; it’s a place where things are built and tested. We spend a lot of our time walking across the concrete floors from one station to another, making sure the assembly is moving along like it’s supposed to. The sun can get really hot out in Sanaswadi, especially in the afternoons, so the warehouse can get a bit stuffy. We usually keep the big side doors open to catch whatever breeze we can get. The team here is mostly local folks who know the area well and don't mind the grit of a manufacturing floor. We have a small area for tea and lunch where we talk about the news or the commute. It’s a functional place, meant for hard work rather than looking pretty for visitors. We just show up, do the mechanical stuff, and head home after the shift is finished.
