We are located at H 7 18 Hermes Heritage Phase Ii, right on Shastri Nagar Road in Pune. Il Fs Property Management Services Ltd has been operating out of this spot for some time now. Being in a residential complex like Hermes Heritage makes it easy for us to understand what people need when it comes to their homes. The area is usually pretty busy with traffic on Nagar Road, but inside the phase, it’s a bit calmer. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our records and meet with people. We handle a lot of different tasks, from making sure the common areas are clean to fixing things that break. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We have a small desk for everyone and a lot of maps of the properties we look after. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up paperwork or talk to a client who works odd hours. It’s a lot of responsibility, making sure everything runs smoothly for so many families. We know most of the security guards and the local vendors. It’s a community feel, and we just try to do our part to keep everything working like it should. No big promises, just showing up and doing the work every day.
