Il Fs Project Managment Services Limited

We are over here at Shankar Sheth Road, right in the PMC Colony No 7 area of Ghorpade Peth. Il Fs Project Managment Services Limited has been around this part of Pune for a bit now. It is mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with managing projects. The office is in P 5, which isn't hard to find once you get into the colony. Some days the traffic outside gets pretty loud, especially with all the people moving around the Peth, but we just keep our heads down and get the work finished. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really. We spend most of our time making sure things are moving along like they should. It’s not fancy or anything like that. Just a few desks and some files everywhere. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that is the highlight of the afternoon. We know the neighbors and the local shops well. Managing things in a place like Pune means you have to be ready for anything, from rain delays to power cuts. We try to keep things simple and just do what we are supposed to do for the people who hire us. If a project needs someone to watch over it, that is what we are here for. It is a lot of back and forth between sites and the office, but it keeps us busy.
