Our office is in Patang Plaza II, specifically Flat No 16 on the third floor. We’re right opposite PICT College near Bharti Vidyapith in Pune. Since we’re so close to the colleges, the area is always buzzing with students and people on bikes. It’s a lively spot, though finding parking can be a real headache some days. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the computer. At Il Fs Investsmart Securities Ltd, we keep a pretty simple routine. We come in, check the mail, and get started on the day’s files. The office isn't very large, but it fits us just fine. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where we end up chatting about our weekends. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t spend time on fancy presentations or decorating the walls. We just focus on the actual work that needs to be finished. Pune is a great city to work in, and this area has a lot of energy that keeps us going even when the workload gets heavy. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we don't miss any details. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing what needs to be done every day.
