Ikya Human Capital

Our office is over on Bank Street in Murika. We’re at L 92 B, right in the heart of New Delhi 67. Ikya Human Capital has been here for a good while. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening outside our window. We spend our days talking to people and trying to figure out where they might fit best in a job. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. The office is a bit small, and we have folders stacked up on most of the desks. We don't have any of those fancy coffee machines or lounge areas. We just have our desks and our phones. People find us because they need help with work, and we do our best to point them in the right direction. Bank Street is a great place to be because everything is close by. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the traffic and the noise, but that’s just Delhi for you. We don't try to sound like a big corporation. We’re just a small team working out of L 92 B. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that make a bit of noise, but they keep us cool in the summer heat. Most of us have been working together for a long time. We know how each other likes their tea. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we just focus on the people who come to see us.
