We are based over in Vishrantwadi, which is a busy residential and commercial part of Pune. Our office is actually inside the Kumar Samruddhi Society in Subhash Nagar. It’s in Flat Number C-6/11. It’s a nice society, and working from a flat gives us a bit of a different perspective than being in a big office tower. We do a lot of work with human capital, which is basically just a fancy way of saying we help people with their jobs and help companies find the right staff. Because we are in a residential complex, the atmosphere is quite relaxed. You see neighbors going about their day while we are in here working on our computers. Subhash Nagar is a good location because it’s easy to get to from places like Viman Nagar or the airport road. We’ve been set up in Kumar Samruddhi for a while now. Our team doesn't really go for the high-pressure corporate style. We just sit down, go through the resumes, and make the calls we need to make. Sometimes we have people coming over for meetings, and it’s always a bit more comfortable than a sterile office building. We like the local vibe of Vishrantwadi. There are plenty of good places to grab a quick snack or a tea nearby. It’s a practical place to work, and being right in the middle of a housing society keeps us reminded of the real people we are trying to help every day.
