Ideas Revenue Management Pune is located at Flat No 14 in Satyam Apartment. You’ll find us in Someshwar Wadi, right off Baner Road. Baner has changed so much lately with all the new buildings going up, but our little corner still feels a bit more established. Satyam Apartment is one of those buildings that has been around for a while. Our office on the second floor is basically a converted apartment, which makes for a very relaxed working atmosphere. We have a small kitchen area where we spend way too much time making tea and discussing things. The balcony looks out towards Baner Road, so we can see the traffic piling up during rush hour and be glad we aren't stuck in it right then. Someshwar Wadi is a nice landmark to give people who are trying to find us for the first time. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks lined up in what used to be the living room. It’s not a corporate skyscraper with a glass facade, but it suits our needs perfectly. We don't go for any of that formal business language or strict dress codes here. We are just a group of people working hard in a quiet Pune neighborhood. Sometimes the water pump makes a loud noise in the afternoon, but we’ve learned to ignore it. It is just part of the charm of working in a place like Satyam Apartment.
