Icon Computers

Icon Computers is located at B T M Layout 1st stage, specifically at number 10 in the Chinchwad area. We have been working from this spot for a few years now. The office is tucked away in a place that’s easy to find if you know the landmarks. We mostly deal with computer hardware and different types of tech repairs. The desk is usually covered with cables, screws, and open laptops. It gets a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. The team is just a handful of guys who know their way around a motherboard. We drink a lot of tea while we figure out why a machine won't start. B T M Layout is a nice place to be because there are many students and small offices around who often need help with their machines. We don't really have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the moment. We try to be honest about how long a fix will take. Sometimes parts are hard to find, so we have to wait a bit. We don't use big words to explain what we do. We just fix what's broken. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed here. We listen to the radio and talk about local news while working. It’s a decent way to spend the day, helping people get their computers back in working order so they can get back to their own jobs.
