Icfai Research Centre Pune

Our Icfai Research Centre in Pune is actually located in a flat. It’s Flat No 204 in the A-4 wing of Planet Millennium. The pin code is 411027. It’s a residential complex, so it’s a bit different from working in a commercial building. We have to follow the society rules, like being quiet in the hallways and making sure visitors sign in at the gate. The flat has been turned into an office space with desks in the different rooms. It feels very cozy, almost like working from home. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own tea and coffee. The balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we need a break from the computers. It’s a nice enough place, though it can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to store. Pune weather is usually decent, so we leave the windows open most of the time. There’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to our building, but it’s good for getting some steps in. We don’t have any big corporate signs, just a small nameplate near the door. It’s a low-key operation here. We just focus on our research and keep things running smoothly within the flat. It’s a practical setup for a small team like ours who doesn't need a massive office space.
