We've been operating out of Five Gardens II in Rahatani for a while now. Most people around Pune know this area is growing, and we're right there at D1429 30. It's a busy spot but we manage to get our work done. Being a research centre means lots of papers, data, and sitting at desks for long hours. We aren't a fancy corporate office with glass walls, just a regular space where the team comes in every morning, grabs some tea, and starts on the projects. Sometimes the traffic in Rahatani gets a bit much, especially near the main roads, but we like being part of this neighborhood. The building is functional. We deal with various research tasks throughout the day. People here are mostly focused on their computers or chatting about findings in the small break area. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except when we’re debating some data point or another. We’ve seen the area around us change quite a bit over the years. New shops open up, more houses are built. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of Maharashtra. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. If you're looking for us, we're just in that block, tucked away from the main noise. It feels like a second home to many of us because of how much time we spend here. There are about five of us in the main room. We keep the windows open when it's nice.
