We have been set up at Ratnajit Shramasaphalya Society in Erandwane for a while now. This part of Pune, the 32 2B spot, is actually pretty quiet compared to the main city center stuff. Our office is just a regular place where people come in to work every morning. It is tucked away in the society, so sometimes new folks get a bit lost trying to find the right building entrance. We do not have any big flashy signs outside to show where we are. It is mostly just us doing our thing at Ibm India Pvt Ltd. People usually grab chai nearby during their afternoon breaks. The weather here in Erandwane is usually alright, though it gets a bit dusty when they do road work on the main street. We have got a few desks and computers set up in the rooms. It is not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a practical space for us. Most of the team lives around here or takes the bus. Sometimes the parking gets a bit tight on the street if you come in late in the morning. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It is a decent enough place to spend the day. Nothing too complicated about it. We just handle the daily tasks and head home. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. It feels more like a community spot than a big corporate office. Just how we like it.
